Great to meet you!

Starting therapy takes courage, and you deserve a space that feels genuinely safe. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, women's issues, and life's larger transitions, drawing on over 30 years of experience in private practice, schools, and the corporate world. Whatever you are carrying, I would love to help.

My approach to therapy

Our first priority is understanding you: what is happening in your life right now, what has already been tried, and what you most want to change. From there we build a real plan, not a generic one. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and behavior management strategies, which means we look closely at how your thoughts shape your mood and choices, then work step by step to shift the patterns holding you back. Sessions are collaborative and direct. I ask questions, you reflect, and we build tools that fit your actual life, not a textbook version of it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation, not an intake form. I will ask what brought you here and what you want life to look like on the other side. You will have space to share as much or as little as feels right. By the end, you will know what we are working toward and how, so you leave feeling oriented, not overwhelmed.
