Great to meet you!

It is truly my passion to help you get back on a path to peace and wellness. Whether it be identifying a feeling of something missing in life, finding the strength to hold boundaries with others that may be causing suffering, or creating/blossoming relationships, our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs to live your life feeling empowered and fulfilled. My approach is to present myself authentically as I would anyone in my life as well as provide transparent feedback. Working together, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and like you are speaking to a friend and someone who knows and understands you on a deeper level.

My approach to therapy

In working together, it is extremely important to me that you feel comfortable and know that even though you are a client, you are in the driver's seat and maintain control over which direction you'd like your treatment to take you. I have over a decade of experience treating individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image and self confidence, health struggles, pregnancy and postpartum and more. I can offer a deeper understanding and unique view based on not only additional training in both mental and physical health but personal experience as well. In addition, I truly believe in the mind/body connection and the need to heal both our physical and mental/emotional health in order to fully achieve our goals and attain a higher level of well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will leave you feeling empowered, confident and prepared to take on the future. You will learn practical strategies that can be applied to your daily life to improve mental, emotional and physical symptoms.
