Great to meet you!

I am a New York State-licensed clinical and certified financial social worker with over 25 years of experience. I officially launched Quad Behavioral Health (QBH), LLC on 12/30/2020. Using evidence-based interventions, QBH integrates the four domains of self: psychological. The therapeutic aim is to address and resolve psychological stressors within the context of the whole self.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach combines behavioral and psychodynamic techniques. In the initial session, the client and I will discuss their therapy goals, which will guide the approach I employ.

What you can expect from me

Clients will receive support and guidance to make positive and productive changes using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, psychoeducation, journaling, homework, and mindfulness exercises.
