Great to meet you!

My goal is to walk alongside clients who are navigating transitions and challenges in life and offer empathy and input along the way. My previous experience has included working in crisis management, behavioral health and substance use treatment, and medical social work. I have several areas of interest including working with LGBTQ+ individuals and their families, pregnant/postpartum clients, women's issues, and military/Veterans and their families,

My approach to therapy

In our sessions I incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed practice. I aim to create an approachable and non-judgmental space for you to bring whatever is on your mind. I believe that therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach and will work through an individualized plan with you to get you to where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

I will learn more about your goals of therapy and discuss how our time together can help you make progress. Placing your trust in me is an immense privilege and not something that I take lightly. Reach out when you are ready to take the first step towards wellness.
