Great to meet you!

You're experiencing a significant life transition. Maybe you're navigating coming out as LGBTQ, supporting a loved one in their LGBTQ identity while managing your own emotions, or feeling overwhelmed as you enter into parenthood. Maybe you are experiencing depression and/or anxiety and are wanting a space where you know your sexual orientation and gender identity will be affirmed for you to feel safe. You need someone who truly gets what you are going through, not just someone who's read about it in textbooks.

My approach to therapy

I create a space where you can explore your authentic self without fear of judgment, where your pronouns are respected from day one, and where your relationships, however you define them, are honored. I believe that therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach and will work through an individualized plan with you to get you to where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Imagine waking up without that weight on your chest. Imagine feeling confident in your identity, freely experiencing joy in parenting, or feeling solid in your relationship with your LGBTQ loved one. Healing is possible, and it starts with one conversation. Reach out when you are ready.
