Great to meet you!

I graduated from Fresno Pacific University-Biblical Seminary in 2014 and obtained my license as a LMFT in 2018. My experience has been working with children, adolescents, families (4 years) and adults (11.5 Years). I have 11.5 years' experience with co-occurring disorders to include severe mental illness and trauma. I have utilized but not limited to the following evidence practices and modalities -ACT, Strength-Base, Family psychoeducation, DBT, CBT, and person centered. I am currently expanding my education/training in Internal Family Systems.

My approach to therapy

I am open minded and provide a non-judgmental person-centered approach. My goal is to build rapport, develop therapeutic trust, provide psychoeducation and coaching of coping skills to help you navigate through life's journey. It is important to have open communication, transparency, and you feel respected in the therapeutic relationship. My motto is: if nothing changes, nothing changes; it takes courage for you to take the step forward to seek mental health support to help you move forward and navigate through life's journey while taking care of your mental health. We will work together to figure this out!

What you can expect from me

I provide a welcoming and warm environment giving you an opportunity to share your story, your strengths, and what your hopes are for achieving your treatment goals. It's not a race; I'll go at your pace and provide a safe space to allow you to feel comfortable to share.
