Great to meet you!

After working at least three years as a bilingual trauma counselor at an advocacy center, Gina Neff has provided counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults in English and Spanish. She has previous experiences providing individual/group services for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with posttraumatic stress disorder, family violence, sexual abuse, survivors of violent crimes, depression, anxiety, and life stage transitions.

My approach to therapy

Walking alongside your journey of self-discovery and self-awareness to find your personal potential, Gina incorporates expressive arts techniques through humanistic and existential techniques for a solution-focused approach. When needed to assist processing past trauma experiences, techniques of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy may be incorporated to assist you in reaching self-fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Gina strives to assist you in identifying and strengthening the resilience and personal strengths that have carried you to this point in your life with a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
