My specialty is working with parents, children, teens and young adults. In addition to working in a private practice setting, I have worked in medical, juvenile justice and homeless/runaway youth settings- giving me a wide breadth of experience with young people and families.
I work collaboratively with youth and parents, empowering them to actively engage in the therapeutic process and utilize their strengths to achieve their goals. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD and autism spectrum disorders.
We will discuss what brings the client to therapy and gather information so that an initial plan/approach can be identified. The client is encouraged to ask questions so that we can determine if we are a good fit to work together.
