Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, bicultural therapist and feel very passionate about helping people reach their full potential. I consider our work together a journey and encourage clients to be as proactive about their treatment plans as possible.

My approach to therapy

I use a strength-based approach in addition to a variety of techniques to help formulate a treatment plan that will best address your most pressing needs. I also use CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. All work from a strength-based perspective to support clients who want to change, explore, and create more awareness.

What you can expect from me

The first session will consist of us getting to know each other and also finding out what clients want to work on. I am dedicated to offering skills and techniques that could be helpful to start to see change. I also encourage new clients to check in with themselves after the first session to ensure they feel like we are a good fit.
