Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Gina! I am a compassionate therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages, with a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate the challenges of today’s world. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University and have over five years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, preteens, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have a particular passion for supporting clients experiencing anxiety, navigating the impact of trauma, and working through challenges related to ADHD, self-esteem, and life transitions.

“Making space for who you are and who you’re becoming.”

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and open, often being described as “a gentle voice that helps others feel safe, understood, and supported.” I strive to create a space where clients can be their authentic selves while working through life’s challenges. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, along with client-centered and strengths-based approaches, while consistently providing care through a trauma-informed lens. I believe that a genuine and strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful progress. By building trust and understanding, I work collaboratively with clients to help them develop insight, build confidence, and create positive change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to meet my clients where they are and collaborate with them to set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I believe that building rapport and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship are vital first steps in the therapy process. I use a variety of approaches to best support each individual client, including open processing, hands-on virtual activities, videos, and therapeutic resources, such as handouts. I believe therapy should be personalized, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
