Great to meet you!

Gina believes that every person's story is unique and that therapy should be tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and life experiences. She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, process past experiences, and better understand themselves. Her approach is collaborative, helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether someone is new to therapy or returning after time away, Gina strives to ensure they feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

Gina primarily practices from a psychodynamic perspective, helping clients understand how past experiences influence present-day thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior. She believes that insight, combined with evidence-based interventions, can create meaningful and lasting change. Gina utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Somatic Techniques, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. She is also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), with specialized training in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders. Because every individual is different, she believes therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and adapted to what will best support each client's healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where they feel heard, understood, and accepted. Gina values building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and authenticity. She recognizes that healing takes time and works at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual. Throughout the therapeutic process, Gina strives to help clients gain insight, develop healthier patterns, and build the confidence and resilience needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
