Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Gina Rothmaller and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. I have over eight years of experience in the field providing therapeutic care to children, teenagers, adults and families seeking help with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress and life transitions. I graduated from Rutgers University with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2010 and Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2013.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strength-based, emotionally focused and cognitive behavioral approach to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and actions. I also incorporate mindfulness, as I feel it is important to find one’s anchor within to promote healing.

What you can expect from me

I seek to establish a unique and collaborative relationship with you in order to work together in exploring challenges and highlighting one’s inner strength. I strive to offer patience, compassion and understanding to all of my clients. I respect the pace at which you desire sessions to flow, so that you can find your safe place and feel comfortable in the process.
