Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults and adolescents battling with mental health. These include: anxiety disorders, depression, family/relationship concerns, trauma and self-esteem issues. I offer a warm, safe and supportive environment that allows individuals to discuss their concerns free of judgment.

My approach to therapy

Every session and client's needs are diverse and specific to them. I allow the client to lead us as they are the expert on their own life. I am so grateful for the chance to come alongside the client to help them reach their goals.
