Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Gina, and I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions. I have 6+ years of experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship concerns, helping them build greater self-esteem and discover their authentic sense of self-worth.

I support clients who want to better understand attachment patterns, communication difficulties, and recurring relationship dynamics, as well as individuals coping with chronic illness, pain, disability, cancer-related concerns, and questions of meaning and life purpose.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we feel genuinely heard and understood. My goal is to create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what matters to you, strengthen your relationships, reconnect with your sense of self, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

My approach centers on meaningful communication and deeper understanding of attachment patterns and relational dynamics. I'm experienced in supporting clients facing life purpose questions, control issues, and the emotional weight of chronic illness, pain, or cancer-related challenges.

What you can expect from me

I believe that healing happens when we feel truly heard and understood. I create a thoughtful, grounded space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace, reconnect with what matters most to you, and develop the tools to move forward with clarity and compassion. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater peace and purpose.
