Great to meet you!

Therapy works best when we’re a team. You bring your goals, experiences, and expert knowledge of being you, and I’ll bring support, curiosity, and an honest perspective (plus the occasional gentle nudge when it’s helpful). We’ll figure things out together, at your pace, with compassion, a little humor, and room to be human along the way. The goal? Helping you feel more like yourself and build a life that feels good to you.

My approach to therapy

I've worked with a variety of ages & stages, on a variety of treatment goals and focuses. Areas of expertise include; developmental psychology, family systems, crisis intervention, and mood & anxiety disorders. I also provide educational advocacy support with Educational Psychology expertise in Special Education & 504 Accommodation Plans.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step (and maybe a little awkward at first—that’s okay!). My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where we can get to know each other, explore what’s weighing on you, and figure out what you’d like to get out of therapy. We’ll work together to find a path forward that feels right for you, at your own pace. No need to have it all figured out—that’s what we’re here for!
