Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. My work spans outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) levels of care, where I’ve helped clients navigate everything from everyday stressors to more acute clinical needs. I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, with a particular focus on helping clients build a healthier relationship with themselves and their bodies. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve held leadership roles as a Clinical Director and Supervisor, where I’ve trained and guided other clinicians while maintaining a strong connection to direct patient care. This experience allows me to bring both depth and perspective to my sessions—balancing clinical rigor with real-world understanding. Patients often come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family-Based Therapy (FBT). I tailor each treatment plan to the individual, ensuring care feels relevant, practical, and actionable.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, disordered eating, or major life transitions, I aim to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. I work with adults and young adults and offer a flexible, accessible approach to care. I understand how important it is to find the right fit in a therapist, and I strive to make that process as comfortable and straightforward as possible
