Great to meet you!

"Hi there! I was born and raised right here in the Valley. My journey led me from St. Mary’s University to UT Dallas, where I specialized in Human Development and Early Childhood Disorders. Wanting to bridge the gap between developmental theory and clinical practice, I earned a Master’s in Psychology from Houston Christian University. This step was essential for my path toward LPC licensure in Texas, allowing me to combine my background in how we develop with the therapeutic tools needed to help you thrive. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working in therapeutic schools, hospitals, and private practice alongside some incredible mentors. These experiences taught me that every behavior is a form of communication, and every individual deserves to be heard.

As a therapist, I truly believe it is an honor to walk alongside you. My goal isn't just to help you reach your milestones, but to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can find clarity and peace. Whether we’re working together as an individual, a couple, or a family, I am here to witness your growth and help you create a life that feels truly well."

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best as a team approach between the client and therapist. I take an integrative therapeutic approach, combining each individual's strengths, needs and abilities into consideration when establishing treatment goals and working towards treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

I understand it can be difficult reaching out for support. I believe that the therapeutic process is best facilitated in a safe, warm and supportive environment for clients. I hope to provide a calm and caring environment for growth, clarity and change. I hope to provide information that helps individuals understand themselves and provide reassurance that you are not alone. Everyone has someone who cares about them.
