A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create attuned and connected relationship with clients with astute listening skills, curiosity and humor.

I have experience in residential treatment, academic treatment and private practice settings.

I specialize in individual and family therapy and use a existential, humanistic, experiential integrative approach.

I employ cognitive-behavioral, family systems, narrative, logo, and somatic processing techniques, creative and experiential approaches to support client goals.

What you can expect from our first session

My style of therapy is rooted in deep respect for humanity and the experience of being human.

This allows for the creation of safe and non-judgement space for clients to explore their experience and discover a connection to their own intuitive wisdom.

My goal is to empower others to find their own answers within and build confidence for lifelong empowerment.
