Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ginger. Sometimes life can feel like it’s just passing by, and the quick fixes or “one-and-done” approaches have not worked. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or weighed down by past experiences that still affect the present. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, or emotional overwhelm and want something deeper than surface-level advice. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we figure out what is really going on and what will actually help you move forward in a meaningful, lasting way.

My approach to therapy

I like to keep things real, practical, and honest. We’ll talk, reflect, and sometimes get creative to uncover what is happening beneath the surface. Clients often describe me as empathetic, down-to-earth, and someone who listens deeply while also helping them try different approaches until something truly clicks. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, burnout, grief, and life changes, and I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. Therapy with me is collaborative and personalized, focused on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create changes that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard and a little clearer about what has been holding you back. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what has been feeling hardest lately, and what you want to be different moving forward. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we’ll begin making sense of what’s happening and identifying tools that can actually help. Over time, many clients notice they feel lighter, more confident in handling life’s ups and downs, and better equipped to navigate relationships, emotions, and challenges with more clarity and steadiness.
