Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice! I’m glad you’re here. I have 32 years of experience as a therapist working with a wide variety of clients with issues such as childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, ADHD, mood disorders and anxiety. I also have a wealth of experience in working with clients who live an alternative lifestyle.

I live a life of mindfulness, gratitude, and a true love of adventure and laughter.

I will bring all of these qualities into our work together.

My approach to therapy

As we work together as a team, I will use a holistic approach in getting to know you. My core strength is a talent for creating a safe, non-judgmental space in which you will feel understood and cared about so that healing can happen.

I stay informed about the latest developments in brain science and therapeutic techniques to insure that I will provide the best care possible.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you can expect to feel understood, truly seen, valued and validated. I know that beginning therapy can be daunting, but I will help you to feel comfortable and safe.
