Great to meet you!

Do you ever worry you’ll never feel truly happy? You might hide it well, but inside, you often feel isolated or stuck. You don’t have to stay in that place. For over 30 years, I’ve worked in partnership with my clients to help them move forward—building greater self-awareness, breaking old patterns, and improving the quality of their lives. My clients often say I’m easy to talk to and that they feel understood and supported. I bring extensive experience in helping individuals navigate the complex challenges of today’s world—and I’d be honored to help you, too.

My approach to therapy

While my approach is primarily cognitive, my work is eclectic—tailored to fit each individual and their unique situation. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” method. Good therapy should be flexible, responsive, and personal. I also tend to be active in sessions, offering feedback, tools, and guidance to help you make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

I’ll help you discover practical tools to feel more in control and more satisfied with your life. You’ll learn how to monitor and shift your internal self-talk, set appropriate boundaries, and relate to others more effectively. In a safe, non-judgmental space, you’ll begin to move beyond pain and make use of your inner strengths to create meaningful change.
