Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in residential and outpatient settings, working with adolescents, young adults, and families. My path to becoming a therapist grew from my own mental health journey. My experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support and the importance of feeling genuinely seen and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on the whole person, helping clients understand what is and isn't working in their lives and how they got to where they are today. I am EMDR trained, and work within a variety of modalities to help clients build upon the strengths they already have.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with a collaborative intake, where we explore your history, current concerns, and what you're looking for in therapy. The intake session is geared towards understanding your unique experiences and values to best support your individual needs and help you move towards meaningful change. Working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments strengthened my clinical flexibility and reinforced the value of meeting people where they are. My mantra is "nothing changes if nothing changes". Change isn't always comfortable or easy, but my goal is to help you understand where you're remaining stagnant and work to change those patterns.
