Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, trauma, and substance-related concerns. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I’ve worked in variety of settings, including non-profit agency, drug & alcohol center, and private practice. Therapy is a space where we can gently challenge those patterns and replace them with skills that support self-trust, emotional balance, and resilience. Together, we work to break those cycles and build healthier, more balanced ways of coping.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and rooted in evidence-based techniques centering the therapeutic relationship.

I provide a holistic and person-centered approach that helps clients identify and break through cycles of distress. I believe healing starts with communication, action and commitment to a healthy change. My work focuses on how stress, emotion, and personal experience influence our decisions and shape our mental well-being. I believe healing doesn’t come from simply “pushing through.” It comes from building real coping strategies, managing triggers, and learning how to set healthy boundaries.

What you can expect from me

My role as your therapist is to create a safe, affirming space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel supported in doing so. Together, we’ll explore your needs, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and build new pathways forward that align with your values and identity. Our work begins with your goals. We’ll collaborate to clarify the outcomes you’re hoping for and create a plan that feels both empowering and manageable.

Growth is not about changing who you are, it’s about strengthening your relationship with yourself. I offer helpful tools, evidence-based strategies, and consistent encouragement as you move toward emotional balance, self-acceptance, and improved wellbeing.
