Great to meet you!

I want every client to feel at ease from our very first conversation. I ask a lot of questions early on because understanding your history and your goals is the only way to build a plan that truly fits you. My work often centers on anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I believe clients should help shape their own care. You are never just handed a plan and sent on your way. We build it together, step by step, and adjust it as we learn what helps you most along the way.

My approach to therapy

I lead with questions, not assumptions. Getting to know your history and your goals shapes everything we do together. Care here is a shared process, not something handed down to you. Whether we are working through anxiety, depression, or PTSD, you have a real voice in every decision.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly about getting to know you. I will ask about your history, your goals, and what has or has not worked before. There is no set script. We will talk through anxiety, depression, or PTSD symptoms you are facing, and start shaping a plan that fits your life.
