Great to meet you!

I am originally from Colombia and fluent in Spanish and English. I provide services from the narrative and constructivistic theoretical approach, I include different artistic expressions in my sessions, from drawing and writing, to painting and photography. I am an advocate for the LGBTQ rights.

I believe in the power people possess within themselves to heal and overcome challenges, from loss, grief, and trauma, to life transitions and sexual wellness.

My approach to therapy

I mainly use Narrative Therapy, so I focus on building and reconstructing life narrations to make sense of challenges, needs, perspectives, among others. Based on this we will discover together what elements to incorporate to the current life narrative in order to pursue growth.

What you can expect from me

Understanding the origin of the struggle, the nature of our decision making process. My clients will take away elements to practice self-compassion and foster self-awareness.
