Great to meet you!

I have been a clinical counselor for the past 23 years helping individuals reach their goals in treatment, which include finding their own strengths, regulate their emotions, and lead a successful life. I have a Master's Degree in clinical psychology from 2003. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient, partial hospitalization programs, and correctional facilities. I have worked with a diverse range of populations such as young adults, children, adults, couples and families, and teenagers. I am currently aiming to specialize and work with adults, and helping them deal with depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approaches to therapy include: cognitive behavioral therapy, Rogerian therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive processing therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we would get to know each other, and mainly focus on an in-depth psychological assessment to gather enough information to understand what needs are to be addressed. You will be able to find a non-judgemental and safe place to confide your needs, your current stressors, and a place where your voice is heard with empathy and care.
