Great to meet you!

I focus on creating a warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings. My counseling style is all about working together — you guide our conversations, and I offer support that fits your personal journey. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and find a path toward healing and growth that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping you through your unique experiences. I believe you know your experiences best, and I’m here to support you in guiding our conversations and decisions about your counseling. I recognize the impact of trauma on individuals and create a safe space where you can openly share your experiences without fear of judgment.

With 16 years of experience, I have worked with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, and trauma.

I use research-based methods to support you, including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): This mindfulness-based approach helps you make space for your thoughts and feelings while creating changes in your life that are purposeful.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): This method teaches skills for managing emotions and improving relationships, especially during difficult times.
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): This therapy helps those dealing with trauma by teaching you how to challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start by having an open conversation about your background, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve in counseling. This is a chance for us to see if working together online is the right fit for you.
