Great to meet you!

Looking for a therapist who is willing to accept you and listen without being judgmental? If so, I may be a good fit for you! My therapeutic style is heavily influenced by Carl Rogers's concept of unconditional positive regard, which means fully accepting a person without judgement.

I provide counseling to individuals and couples, and the age groups I typically treat are children, preteens, teens, and adults. My focus areas are depression, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm yet firm, client-centered and judgement-free. Together, we will attempt to build a rapport that will make it possible to share your concerns with ease.

I use play therapy and motivational interviewing to help make the therapeutic experience more hands-on. Additionally, I also use approaches such as CBT, CPT, and mindfulness-based therapies.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend 50-60 minutes identifying your history, concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. My client-centered approach means you'll have the freedom to guide our therapeutic discussions.

If you're unsure which method would be best suited to your needs, that's okay! We'll work together in our first session to decide on the therapy approach that's right for you.
