I hold masters degrees in Forensic Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have specialized training in trauma-specific interventions. Those with histories of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic abuse, and anger or stress management issues would benefit from working with me.

My goal is to help you discover patterns in thinking and behaving while teaching skills to manage past and current stress. My purpose is to help you grow stronger in order to bear your past rather than help you forget.
