Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Gisselle. I work with women and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions — especially during seasons that feel overwhelming or uncertain. Many of my clients are trying to hold everything together on the outside, while internally feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

With a background in public service and years of experience supporting people from all walks of life, I bring a deep sense of compassion and understanding to the work we do together. Clients often describe me as warm, supportive, and easy to open up to.

My approach to therapy

I believe you already have strengths within you — sometimes we just need help reconnecting to them. My approach is centered on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you while also building resilience and confidence.

Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and begin creating a path forward that feels more aligned, balanced, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about your story. We’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want to feel differently in your life.

You can expect a supportive, collaborative conversation where you feel heard and respected — and leave with a clearer sense of direction and hope for what’s possible. Over time, many clients find they feel more grounded, more confident, and better able to handle life’s challenges without feeling so overwhelmed.
