Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping individuals succeed in the different aspects of their life such as relationships, work-life balance, and their overall quality of life. After working as a clinician for 25 years, I have acquired a multitude of skill sets and experience while working with different populations.

My approach to therapy

My role is to empower you to believe there is nothing wrong with you. I will listen actively, and nonjudgmentally, and help you identify new behaviors that will help you heal and feel more in charge of your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients will leave my sessions with the skills necessary to deal with life's problems. They will find they can show up as their whole selves, regardless of any issues they are dealing with. In our therapeutic relationship, the client can count on me as a partner in helping them deal with their struggles in a safe and supportive environment. I look forward to seeing them thrive as they grow through this process.
