Great to meet you!

My name is Gladys Hollis and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in helping clients overcome their struggles and better manage their responses to life stressors. An ideal client seeks change, guidance, and is willing to take the steps in healing. My purpose is to treat the root of the problem and not the symptoms as healing begins from within the individual.

My approach to therapy

As an eclectic counselor, I take on a solution-focused and cognitive behavior approach to healing. I find fulfillment in helping others triumph over troubles and believe that healing happens within the context of relationships. I am passionate about meeting people where they are and that all individuals have it within themselves to change!

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to gain awareness of themselves. Through our sessions, clients will take away a deeper understanding of their thoughts and emotions, effective coping skills to manage challenges, increased self-awareness, and a sense of empowerment to make positive changes in life.
