Great to meet you!

Many people spend years carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions while continuing to meet the demands of daily life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience, I help adults navigate difficult experiences and build resilience, healing, and emotional well-being. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, domestic violence, and women's mental health across the lifespan, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, perimenopause, and menopause. Together, we can work toward healing, resilience, and improved emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and identifying the changes they want to make. I work with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and gently challenge thought patterns that contribute to self-doubt, so they can feel more confident and grounded.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I aim to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, history, strengths, and goals to begin shaping a plan that fits your needs. Clients often leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more grounded. I also begin introducing practical tools and coping strategies you can use right away. My goal is to help you feel supported and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.
