Great to meet you!

I have been working in the field for 34 years. I have been in private practice and have worked in the public sector. I work with couples, families and individuals. I am currently only doing remote/teletherapy. This medium works well for my clients. I have had much success in my work with my clients and I invite you to contact me for any questions so I can help you on your journey toward a healthier self.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is to build a relationship with the client and help them build skills to enhance their life satisfaction. If needed, I work with the clients family system to help them gain more support and create effective change. Together the client and I work on emotional regulation, perspective building, mindset change and general self care. Trauma work, if needed, is also part of the therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe my clients feel better after they work with me. I have had tremendous success with my clients. I am dedicated to being there for them and to hold them emotionally while they are working through the issues that brought them to therapy,
