Great to meet you!

Seeking mental health support is a great act of courage. I am Dr. Glenda Grones, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a PhD in nursing research. My practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and children (ages 8+) across Florida via a secure telehealth platform.

As a Retired Veteran, I have a personal and professional mission to support those who have served. I understand the unique culture and challenges of military life, and I am honored to offer a safe, stigma-free space where veterans and their families can receive the specialized care they deserve.

My approach to therapy

My approach is research-driven and patient-centered. My clinical practice is shaped by my PhD-level research background, enabling me to connect complex scientific data with personalized, holistic care. I don't just follow standard protocols; I critically analyze the latest psychiatric advancements to ensure your treatment plan reflects the most current science. I focus on comprehensive medication management for various conditions, including, but not limited to: Depression, mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, disruptive behavior disorders, eating disorders, delirium and dementia, and substance use disorders.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll build a genuine connection in a stigma-free space where you can feel truly heard. My goal is to move beyond standard protocols, combining the latest research with your personal story to create a holistic, personalized plan for your wellness. We’ll work together to break down barriers and start your path toward a more fulfilling life.

Your Path to Wellness, whether you're transitioning from military to civilian life or managing ongoing mental health challenges, my goal is to make it easier for you to prioritize your mental health and pursue a more fulfilling life. Please reach out today for a brief consultation to see how we can work together toward your wellness."
