Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 25 years, I believe that prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts,

I have 25 years of clinical experience across various treatment settings, including individual counseling, crisis intervention, medical social work, and both inpatient and outpatient programs. My specialties include Couples counseling, Medical challenges, Depression, Anxiety and Addiction. I pay attention to the development of the individual from young adult to later stages of life.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we begin working together, well act as partners. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and that you feel respected in our therapeutic relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

My primary focus in counseling is to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows for sharing and vulnerability. I strive to create a space where individuals can concentrate on their goals, wellness, and address life stressors and challenges. I always start with an introductory session, we'll work together in the following sessions on completing these goals.
