Hello, I’m Glenn, a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor with a dedication for helping individuals find success achieving the goal of having an emotional balance and well-being. Having over 20 years of experience has provided me the opportunity to assist several individuals to the joy of mental and emotional success. My approach is a balance of providing a safe environment, active listening skills, goal planning, evidence based practice and willingness to promote personal success based upon client needs and objectives. I believe, working as a team to promote growth, conquer obstacles, and experience success is the purpose of the client therapist relationship.

My approach is based upon meeting the clients individual needs within their lives and designing a plan of action to achieve improved emotional life. I have experience working with a very diverse population with a wide range of mental health concerns. This population includes but is not limited to individuals, families, couples, with various emotional concerns including anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, sexual addictions, and poor social skills.

A warm, comfortable but most importantly a safe environment for you to share your thoughts and feelings minus negative judgement. You should feel supported and energized to meet the challenges of life with a new team member to assist you, your therapist.
