Great to meet you!

I focus with behavior concerns, anxiety, depression, identity issues, life transitions, family dynamics, and religious trauma. I can also work from a theological perspective and I have a particular interest in helping those who feel at odds with or harmed by institutionalized religion and the church.

My approach to therapy

I provide an open atmosphere, free from judgment, where I partner with you in the therapeutic process. I am client directed and person centered but I will not shy away from offering insight and direction if the need arises. Like a lot of therapists I tend to be eclectic in my theoretical approach but I favor CBT, Existential, and solution focused. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults.

What you can expect from me

If you are struggling to find purpose, feel out of control and overwhelmed, I would love to talk to you. You are not alone. You are not broken, you are just human. I want to start off by saying you have worth. Your life has value. Your hopes, dreams, and opinions matter.
