Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in outpatient mental health, crisis mental health assessment and medical social work. I have five years of experience with pre and postpartum mental health and perinatal loss. My work is helping people navigate through life's challenges while helping them to clarify their own values and empower them to focus on their strengths and goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I encourage clients to focus on what they are able to control and use a person-centered approach. Modalities I most commonly draw from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave session feeling their goals and values were heard and clarified and ideally feeling hopeful and ready to make positive changes.
