Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who truly loves the work I do. Supporting people through emotional and mental challenges isn’t just my profession—it’s something I care deeply about. I’ve seen how many people struggle in silence because of stigma, and I want my clients to know they are not alone.

I’ve always felt called to this work. I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. If we seek care for our body, we should also seek care for our mind. Everyone deserves a space where they feel supported, understood, and empowered to care for their mental well-being.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling, dancing, and having meaningful conversations. I value connection and believe joy, curiosity, and human connection are important parts of a balanced life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in three core values: communication, curiosity, and compassion. I take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and truly connect with each person so that you feel heard and respected.

I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to begin. Together, we create a treatment plan that fits your life, your needs, and your goals. My focus is not only on symptom relief, but also on helping you build resilience and practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and supported from the very beginning.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to improve or better understand. I’ll ask questions to learn about your experiences, history, and goals so we can begin developing a treatment plan that truly fits you.

Most importantly, you can expect to feel listened to. Building trust and connection is an important part of the process, and I want you to leave your first session feeling hopeful about the path forward.
