My approach to therapy

Therapy is approached with the clients needs and desires foremost keeping recovery as the ultimate goal. Recovery varies by individual and it is ultimately an individual's choice. The client is expected to look forward to bettering their life and committing to making the necessary changes.

What you can expect from me

The initial session will be an opportunity to establish rapport and determine whether there is a good therapeutic fit. This is done in the process of collecting information and determining mutually acceptable goals for treatment.
