Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, while also supporting clients through a wide range of concerns that may be impacting their emotional well-being and overall quality of life. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change, and I am committed to helping clients overcome the obstacles that may be preventing them from becoming the best version of themselves.

I am especially passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families, recognizing that each person's experiences and relationships are unique. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together to build healthier relationships, strengthen emotional resilience, and create lasting positive chang

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, recognizing the importance of caring for the mind, body, and spirit throughout the healing process. I integrate theology with psychology, honoring the role that both faith and evidence-based therapeutic practices can play in fostering emotional well-being, personal growth, and lasting change. I believe therapy should address the whole person while respecting each client's individual beliefs, values, and life experiences.

I take an eclectic approach to treatment, tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs and goals. Depending on what is most beneficial, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Rogerian (Person-Centered) Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Bowenian Family Systems Theory. By combining these approaches, I help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful changes that support a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I believe everyone has a story that deserves to be heard with compassion, respect, and without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, exploring your emotions, and expressing yourself openly. I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and mutual respect so you feel supported throughout your healing journey.

Together, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss what you hope to gain from our work together, and identify the goals that are most meaningful to you. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe the best outcomes come from working as partners. We will develop a personalized plan that builds on your strengths, addresses your challenges, and supports you in creating meaningful, lasting change. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools as you work toward the life you want to create.
