Great to meet you!

With 19 years of experience working with individuals and families, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. I value diversity and deeply appreciate the uniqueness of each person I work with.

The value I bring to the services I provide is deeply rooted in both my diverse personal experiences as a woman and human being, and my extensive professional training as a Psychotherapist. I have navigated a wide range of life events—from adolescence to college, complex relationships, infertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, the impact of COVID, being a first responder, racial discrimination, and career transitions. Each of these experiences has shaped my understanding of mental health in profound ways.

My practice provides a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can express their thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we focus on identifying personal strengths, managing challenges, and setting realistic, meaningful goals. I believe that everyone has their own unique set of needs, and my role is to help you begin the process of releasing the burdens of everyday stress.

**Please note I work with First Responders, Medical Personnel (MDs, Residents, RNs, etc.).

I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey.
