Great to meet you!

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, PTSD, stress, navigating a big life transition, or feeling stuck—you’ve come to the right place. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life challenges and improve their mental health and well-being. I’m committed to supporting you through the discomfort and building on the strengths and skills you already have to expand your resilience as you learn to move through life in a healthier way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with creating a warm, nurturing environment based on mutual respect and trust. I believe we are all experts in our own lives, and I aim to honor and empower my clients to identify and meet their individual wants and needs.

By integrating Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and an Interpersonal Process, I provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and individualized services for everyone I work with.

What you can expect from our first session

While there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy, I’ll meet you with curiosity, empathy, and a bit of humor as I get to know you and your unique needs. Together, we will work to define your treatment goals and create new patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating to others and the world around you. This collaborative process will help you feel more connected to your values and engage more fully in your life.
