Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 14 years of experience providing therapy to adults. I’ve worked in a variety of outpatient settings supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and neurodivergence. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I focus on helping clients build practical skills, feel more grounded, and better manage the demands of daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and practical. I work with clients to understand what’s getting in the way and build skills that feel realistic and usable in daily life. I draw from evidence-based modalities and tailor treatment to each person’s needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I also focus on neurodivergence, including ADHD and executive functioning challenges, with an emphasis on structure, self-understanding, and reducing shame. Therapy is a space where we can be direct and thoughtful, and sometimes use humor when it fits, while working toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive, conversational space where we begin getting to know what brings them to therapy and what they’re hoping to work on. I’ll ask questions about current concerns, relevant history, and what has or hasn’t been helpful in the past, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll also start identifying initial goals and what progress might look like. The first session is about building a sense of direction and making sure therapy feels like a good fit, with a focus on collaboration and comfort.
