Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences and goals. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and open communication.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate but also honest and direct, we may be a good fit. I’ll support you every step of the way, but I’ll also challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck because I believe lasting change comes from balancing empathy with accountability.

Your story matters, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t always easy, and I believe you deserve a therapist who is genuine, compassionate, and invested in your success. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—where you can be honest about the hard things without fear of judgment.

I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every person has a unique story, and together we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, uncover the patterns behind it, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My role isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and build the life you want.

As a Brainspotting-trained therapist, I incorporate this powerful brain-body approach when appropriate to help clients process trauma and other experiences that may be difficult to fully access through words alone.

My clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and straightforward. I’ll celebrate your victories, but I’ll also challenge you when I see patterns, avoidance, or beliefs that may be standing in the way of your goals. I believe honesty is an important part of healing, and I’ll always be direct with kindness, respect, and your best interests at heart.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about becoming more fully yourself. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or a difficult season of life, I’ll meet you where you are while helping you build the insight, resilience, and confidence to move forward.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect during your first visit

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and any past experiences that may be important to understanding your story. You don’t have to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions about the therapy process and what treatment may look like moving forward. Before the session ends, we’ll work together to identify initial goals and discuss the next steps.

My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction. Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.
