Great to meet you!

I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to working with clients, meeting each person where they are in their journey. I value authenticity and strive to create a safe, open space where individuals feel heard and supported. With empathy, patience, and flexibility, I am passionate about helping others grow and make meaningful improvements in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, transparent, and client-centered. I believe in being open about my experience and approach from the beginning, so clients know what to expect. Building a strong therapeutic connection is important to me, and I encourage clients to share honestly about how they’re feeling throughout the process. What matters most to me is that each client is receiving the support and care they need. If at any point a client feels that the fit isn’t right, I will gladly provide a list of therapists who may be a better match for the client's needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know each other. I create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can feel at ease. I’ll share a bit about myself and how I work, and I’ll invite clients to talk about what’s been going on in their lives and what they’re looking for in therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
