Great to meet you!

As adults, we are responsible for changing things not because we are to blame for these things, but because we are the only ones who CAN change them. That can feel unfair, and it is. But it can also be empowering- YOU are the catalyst for personal change. You can always take a turn or step in a different direction. I am here to help you with this noble work.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, relationship issues, self-esteem, health/wellness, career counseling, burnout & trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy working with clients who are struggling to navigate loss and life transitions, to create meaning, and to better attune in their lives. I practice CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, transpersonal psychotherapy, positive psychology, memory reconsolidation, existential and narrative therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I am passionate about helping others feel more whole, hopeful and effective by developing deeper self-knowledge, self-respect, compassion, resilience and coping skills.

My style is authentic and transparent, humorous, dynamic and collaborative. [Aside from dedicated trauma treatment sessions,] you can expect a more down-to-earth and pragmatic therapeutic environment. I provide practical tools, suggestions, and assign homework opportunities to support your progress towards goals.
