Great to meet you!

You've survived a lot. Maybe it's time to actually thrive.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience helping adults heal from trauma, break painful relational patterns, and reconnect with who they truly are. I have worked in outpatient mental health, hospital, and school settings before building my current telehealth private practice.

I specialize in working with the BIPOC community, veterans, women navigating major life transitions, and high-achieving professionals who feel stuck despite their success. I also work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, codependency, domestic violence, divorce, and cultural oppression.

I am one of the few LCSWs certified in financial social work — bringing a unique understanding of how money stress and financial trauma intersect with mental health and relationships.

My approach is warm, direct, and tailored to you. I draw from trauma-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and solution-focused therapy — always meeting you where you are.

I became a therapist so I could help people thrive instead of just surviving. If you're ready to do that work, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is never one-size-fits-all. I draw from trauma-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy — tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs and goals. Some clients need to process and make sense of the past. Others need practical tools for the present. Most need both, and we figure that out together. I bring warmth, directness, and genuine optimism to every session.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I gather information about your background, current challenges, and goals — creating space for you to share your story at your own pace. From there we collaborate to build a clear treatment plan with measurable goals tailored to your unique needs. I teach coping skills to help you manage symptoms between sessions and assign homework to build on the work we do together. I bring warmth, optimism, and genuine care to every session — and I deeply enjoy supporting people on their journeys to living their most fulfilling lives. I work best with adults who are ready to do the work and committed to their own growth.
