I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and currently accepting new clients. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work, with 10 years of experience across law enforcement, community agencies, education, substance recovery, and a military installation. I support clients with stress management, emotional and anger regulation, communication and relationship concerns, life transitions, and everyday stressors. I offer a compassionate, welcoming space to begin meaningful change.

My approach is holistic and grounded in evidence based techniques, compassion, grace, and accountability. I believe therapy should be a safe place to be honest without fear of judgment. I will meet you with understanding while helping you stay accountable to the growth you want. Together, we will build practical tools, healthier patterns, and skills you can use long after sessions end. If you wish, I can also thoughtfully integrate your Christian faith and spiritual beliefs.

In our first session, we will get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain. You will have space to feel heard without judgment as we begin identifying practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is for you to leave with something useful, not only a place to vent or talk, but a place to learn, grow, heal, and create meaningful change.
